EXFM: rubles to Vietnamese dong
The editor of Banhbao TV uses EXFM to exchange rubles from a Russian bank card or account for dong in Vietnam. In the described cases, delivery may be cash or VND credited to a Vietnamese bank account. A third-party payment, such as rent, must be agreed for the specific request.
- State the RUB source, VND amount and city.
- Choose cash, a credit to your own VND account or an agreed payment to another recipient.
- Read the EXFM guide and request the final rate, all fees, net VND and quote validity before sending.
- For rent or a large deal, provide the recipient details, payment purpose and relevant contract documents.
- Check the agreed details, complete the payment and save the request number.
- Check the cash or account credit and keep the receipt.
Details to include in your first request
- How much RUB you want to exchange and whether it comes from your personal card or bank account.
- Whether you need cash or a credit to your own VND account. Name the bank for an account transfer.
- The city and preferred date.
- For payment to another person, provide the contract, purpose and recipient details.
- Ask for the final VND amount, fees, processing time and quote expiry.
Example request: “I want to exchange rubles from my Russian account for 20 million VND, credited to my BIDV account in Nha Trang. How many RUB should I send, what is the final rate after fees and how long will it take?” The amount is an example, not a quote.
Using EXFM for everyday payments

For a property purchase, confirm the permitted payment procedure for that deal with the seller, their bank, a lawyer or a notary. Using an exchange service does not make every transfer to a personal card an acceptable real-estate payment.
EXFM's planned service for businesses
EXFM is preparing a service for Vietnamese businesses where the customer would pay in rubles and the merchant would receive settlement in VND or USDT under an agreed model. Restaurants, services and rent are possible examples. Information provided to the editor on 14 October 2026 said the product was still being prepared and was not widely available.
A business must check the legal recipient, acquiring agreement, permitted payment route, transaction records, KYC/AML, tax treatment and applicable rules. See the Vietnam Government payment-account guidance for the current account rules. A USDT settlement is not the same as a bank payout in VND.
Altyn Wallet: buy USDT with rubles
Altyn Wallet is a partner service used by the owner of Banhbao TV. You can use it to buy USDT with RUB from an eligible Russian payment method. Getting VND is a separate transaction.
- Open the official Altyn Wallet bot, register and complete identity checks if requested.
- Select a RUB top-up and USDT purchase. Check the rate, fees and amount you will receive.
- If you send USDT to an external wallet, match the withdrawal network to the destination network.
- Test a large transfer with a small amount first.
- Keep the purchase confirmation and transaction ID.
- If you need dong, arrange a separate exchange route and confirm its terms.
USDT transfer mistakes
- Sending on the wrong network, for example TON instead of TRC-20.
- Using a wallet address sent by a fake support account.
- Counting the USDT purchase rate as the final VND rate without the second conversion.
- Skipping an address check and test transfer.
- Assuming USDT is a bank dollar or a universally accepted way to pay for goods in Vietnam.
Compare the final amount, not the headline rate
Compare the VND you will actually receive after all steps. One route may deliver VND directly. Another first gives you USDT and then adds a blockchain fee and a second conversion cost.
