High tide floods residential areas in southern Ho Chi Minh City
High tide on October 28 flooded roads and residential areas in southern Ho Chi Minh City. In Trung Son, Nam Long and Tan Truong, the water reached knee height and surrounded several villas. Residents had to wade through the water and walk their motorbikes home.
