On October 6, the Tay Ninh People's Committee met with businesses ahead of Vietnamese Entrepreneurs' Day on October 13. The meeting was attended by provincial People's Committee Chairman Lê Văn Hẳn, representatives of departments and agencies, and hundreds of businesses operating in the province.
Tay Ninh currently has about 37,700 registered businesses with total capital of approximately VND 965 trillion. In 2026, the province recorded more than 100 construction, investment and cooperation proposals worth about VND 920 trillion, equivalent to US$36 billion.

The province's import and export turnover is estimated at more than US$27 billion, up 17.5% year on year. Retail sales and service revenue reached about VND 174 trillion.
Lê Văn Hẳn said businesses were facing pressure from market fluctuations, financing costs, higher input costs and increasingly demanding standards. He said problems involving procedures, land, site clearance and infrastructure had affected the pace of investment, production and business activity.
The chairman said the province would stand with the business community under a "three yes, two no" approach. The three yeses are a more open and transparent investment environment, infrastructure and sites ready for investors, and substantive dialogue.

The two noes are not leaving business requests unresolved and not making it difficult for businesses to access support resources. Each request should have a person responsible for tracking it, a deadline and a specific response. Businesses should have equal access to the province's support mechanisms and policies.
Lê Văn Hẳn said that creating conditions for businesses to develop and serving their success was the provincial administration's responsibility. He called on businesses to remain self-reliant, innovative and united, build brands around business ethics and social responsibility, and take the lead in science and technology, innovation and digital transformation.
He said the private sector would continue to act as an important driver and help Tay Ninh maintain double-digit growth.
