Quang Ngai
On November 2, the Quang Ngai Inspectorate announced channels for businesses to report violations by officials, civil servants and public employees while they are performing their duties. Businesses can call 02553.816.230 or email [email protected].
Businesses can also submit reports through the Quang Ngai Inspectorate website at https://ttra.quangngai.gov.vn. Those who want to report in person can visit the Inspectorate Office at 68 Pham Van Dong Street, Cam Thanh Ward.
Reports may concern harassment, obstruction and other forms of official interference, as well as suggestions or demands for unofficial payments by officials, civil servants and public employees during administrative procedures, inspections and other official activities involving businesses.
The Inspectorate asks reporters to provide clear and truthful information, including the specific time and place and the person or organization involved, if known. They may attach photos, videos, audio recordings and other relevant documents for review and verification.
According to the Quang Ngai Inspectorate, information about organizations and individuals who submit reports and petitions will be managed and used for receiving, verifying and handling the cases. The provision and disclosure of information will follow personal data protection laws and related regulations.
The announcement of these channels is intended to make it easier for businesses to report obstruction and harassment during their operations, improve the investment environment and increase accountability in public service across Quang Ngai Province.
