On the evening of October 12, the Railway Transport Joint Stock Company introduced the high-comfort SNT1/SNT2 trains for the route between Ho Chi Minh City and Nha Trang.

The train consists of 32 carriages, including four-berth and six-berth sleeper cars and a dining car. The interiors were renovated in a modern style, combining cream tones with blue inspired by the sea of Nha Trang.

The carriages received upgraded lighting and audio systems, Wi-Fi and continuously operating security cameras. Carriage 11907 now uses a new air distribution system for its air conditioner. It reduces noise and lets passengers adjust the temperature.

The company added photo areas and vending machines to the soft-sleeper cars. Train managers and attendants were trained in passenger service and can assist passengers in English.

Diep Anh Tuan, a member of the Members' Council of Vietnam National Railways Corporation, praised the company's initiative to repair and upgrade the SNT1/SNT2 trains.

He said the trains' appearance and equipment deserved recognition. However, the more important task is to maintain stable, professional service quality on every trip and meet passengers' needs.
