Among the 100 organizations in the city that delayed social insurance payments, the largest arrears were nearly VND 64 billion and the smallest were nearly VND 3.4 billion.

Ho Chi Minh City Social Security published the list of 100 organizations that had delayed social insurance payments for at least six months and owed large sums. The arrears were calculated through September 30, with payment orders updated through October 8.

The largest debt on the list belonged to Hòa Bình Construction Group, at VND 63.7 billion. Saigon Postal and Telecommunications Services ranked second with more than VND 42.7 billion in arrears. Global Experience ranked third with nearly VND 40 billion in debt.

Most organizations on the list had delayed payments for several dozen months to more than 100 months. Hòa Hiệp Technical had the longest delay, reaching 127 months. The delay was 126 months for Thanh Tiên Manufacturing, Trading and Services, 107 months for Vietnam Phat Company, and 102 months for Saigon Postal and Telecommunications Services.

At the same time, most organizations with long-term arrears had very few employees left. Hòa Hiệp Technical had only 3 employees, Thanh Tiên Manufacturing, Trading and Services had 1, and Vietnam Phat Company had 2. This suggests that these businesses may retain only staff responsible for legal matters and can no longer maintain production and business operations.
