Hanoi's Department of Science and Technology held the meeting both in person and online with 60 telecommunications companies operating in the city.
The participants discussed ways to address bottlenecks in the city's telecommunications infrastructure. The organizers also linked the discussion to growth goals for the final months of the year and 2027.
