On October 15, the Da Nang Military Command inspected, accepted and tested a motorized inflatable boat, as well as conducting a test flight of an unmanned aerial vehicle with a payload of 80 to 120 kg. The equipment was tested for civil defense tasks. The inspection was led by Colonel Nguyen Huu Thang, deputy commander of the Da Nang Military Command.

The inspection team checked the equipment's components, assembly and operating procedures, and conducted ground and flight tests under real conditions. The tests assessed quality, operating stability and safety.

The main focus was the boat's maneuverability on the water and the drone's ability to transport cargo. The results will support acceptance of the equipment before it is put into service.

According to the Da Nang Military Command, the new equipment is intended to strengthen the city's armed forces' ability to respond to natural disasters and carry out rescue operations. The motorized inflatable boat will help move personnel, reach residents and evacuate them from flooded areas.

The cargo drone can help deliver food and essential supplies to areas cut off from outside access and difficult to reach by land or water.

The Da Nang Military Command expects the combination of equipment operating on water and in the air to expand access to disaster areas and reduce the time needed to assist residents. The tests were a practical step in modernizing equipment for civil defense in Da Nang and responding to complex natural disasters.
