On November 6 and 9, people in Ho Chi Minh City with legal questions can visit law-practice organizations for in-person consultations or join an online program through Zoom.
The Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association said nearly 500 lawyers will provide free legal consultations to people across the country as part of Vietnam Law Day on November 9 and Vietnam Lawyers' Traditional Day.
More than 220 law-practice organizations in Ho Chi Minh City will open their doors to residents who want to present their cases, discuss them and get answers to legal questions.
On the morning of November 9, from 8:30 to 11:30, the Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association will hold online consultations on Zoom. Participants can submit questions and speak directly with lawyers Truong Thi Hoa, Nguyen Van Hau, Bui Quang Ngiem and Vu Phi Long.
The series of activities commemorates Vietnam Lawyers' Traditional Day and supports Vietnam Law Day 2026. It is also intended to raise residents' awareness of the Constitution and the law and to promote lawyers' responsibility to the community.
In addition to the free legal consultations, the Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association will coordinate a solidarity walk marking Vietnam Law Day 2026. It is scheduled for the morning of November 8 on Le Duan Street, with about 6,000 people expected to take part.
