How to Use Shopee in Vietnam

How COD works

COD means cash on delivery. Select it before placing the order and pay the courier when the parcel arrives. Shopee notes that not every product or seller supports COD, so a missing COD option does not necessarily mean there is a problem with your account.

Delivery to a condominium or hotel

Couriers usually call or message before handover. In a large condominium, include the tower or block and meeting point. Hotels may accept parcels at reception. If you do not speak Vietnamese, prepare a short message with the building name and entrance instructions.

Receiving the parcel
