Compare product details, the exact size or model, seller history, order count and recent reviews with photos. For products where authenticity matters, look for an official brand shop or LazMall listing, and still read the terms shown on the item page.
Placing your first order
Create an account on Lazada Vietnam or in the app, add a phone number that a courier can reach, and enter a clear delivery address. Search in Vietnamese if an English query returns few results. Check delivery time, shipping cost, available payment method and order status before confirming.
Delivery and returns
Delivery time depends on the item’s location and seller. International orders may take longer, so leave a buffer for anything you need by a specific date. If an item is damaged or does not match its description, open the return or refund request through the order and keep photos or an unboxing video.
Lazada or Shopee
Both marketplaces cover everyday online shopping. Compare the specific item, official shop, delivery time and final price on each platform rather than assuming one is always cheaper.

Can foreigners use Lazada in Vietnam?
